• Full refund: cancellations at least 14 days before the event receive a 100% refund of the amount paid (including service fee).
• Partial refund: cancellations 7–13 days before the event receive a 50% refund.
• No refund: user cancellations less than 3 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.
• Venue- or Meetora platform-initiated cancellations receive a full refund of the amount paid.
• Refunds are processed while funds are still held in escrow; bank posting times may vary.
