Distance Sales Agreement

Provider: the operator of the Meetora platform. Buyer: the user who places a booking or payment through the platform.

The venue service itself is provided by the venue business to the user; Meetora supplies digital marketplace and payment infrastructure.

The agreement covers the booking request created for the selected venue, date, duration, guest count, and displayed price, plus any online payment.

Prices are shown in Turkish Lira (TRY); taxes and additional fees may apply per venue policy.

Payments are processed securely via an authorized payment institution. Performance takes place at the venue on the confirmed date and time.

Digital confirmation and booking summary may be available in your account and by email.

For dated event and venue hire services, statutory withdrawal rights apply together with the platform cancellation tiers below:

Full refund: cancellations at least 14 days before the event receive a 100% refund of the amount paid (including service fee).

Partial refund: cancellations 7–13 days before the event receive a 50% refund.

No refund: user cancellations less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.

Venue- or platform-initiated cancellations (admin) receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Refunds are processed while funds are still held in escrow; bank posting times may vary.
