1. Service provider

Meetora is a platform that provides digital intermediation and payment infrastructure for venue bookings.

The venue service itself is provided by the selected venue operator under a separate relationship with you.

2. Product/service characteristics

A reservation is created with venue name, date, time range, guest count, and the displayed total price.

Prices are shown in Turkish Lira (TRY); taxes and extra fees may be stated per venue policy.

3. Payment and delivery

Payments are collected securely via an authorized payment service provider (PSP); Meetora does not store card data.

The service is performed at the venue on the confirmed date and time after reservation approval.

4. Withdrawal and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are set out on the Cancellation and Refund Policy page and in venue policies.
