Refund tiers: 100% if cancelled 14+ days before the event, 50% at 7–13 days, none within 7 days. See the Cancellation & Refunds page for the current policy.
How is my payment protected?
Payments run through our authorized payment infrastructure. If the venue does not approve your request, you are refunded.
How do I list my space?
Submit a Pro application via List your space. Our team reviews it; applying is free. Commission applies only on completed bookings.
